Pilates classes at ROH Studio 

 

I am trained Body Control Pilates instructor. At the moment teaching classes at ROH Studio, in Copenhagen. As I have been a dancer all my life I find it is great to work with bodies, help my clients to feel good and strong. My classes contain as well as Pilates some activation work and release techniques. I keep learning and developing myself daily to give best possible services to my clients. Their well-being and health is great deal for me and it is a pleasure I can be a helping hand towards that. I believe well-being and pain free body is normal state of our being. 


Group classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18.30 (Register online via MindBody app or via email)

  • Pilates Mat class for 1 hour (using Pilates equipment)
  • Focusing on : core strength

  •                         breath  

One-on-one sessions

Duo reformer classes

  • Pilates Reformer class
  • Class is with 2 people
  • Machine gives body resistance to work with which is great in strength training
  • Works through all muscle groups without struggling with balance as the machine supports the body
  • Helps with alignment issues 
  • Great for men, sportsmen, dancers etc

Mom / Baby classes

Wednesdays at 13  (Register online via MindBody app or via email)

  • Moms can take babies to class (If they are sleeping, the prams can be left in the yard by the studio window)
  • Pilates Mat class for 1 hour  (using Pilates equipment) 
  • Gives the chance for young moms to take care of their bodies and get core strength back after giving birth
  • Great to start training pelvic floor muscles
  • Helps with back problems from carrying a baby
  • Recommending to start after 4 - 6 months after giving birth

Home sessions

  • For occasions if client cannot come to the studio or prefers to have a session at home

Ballet classes

I am classically trained dancer. My dancing education journey started in a little dance studio in my home town called Viljandi, and proceeded at Estonian National Ballet School. Later I was also coached by Gelsey Kirkland and was part of her newly opened Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Dance. Ballet training is truly amazing training system from which everybody can benefit. If you are the one who doesn't enjoy working out at the gyms: running on treadmills, nor lifting weights, ballet classes might be just something that you could enjoy. It works out the body, helps with posture and flexibility, and makes the heart dance. It is also great for coordination.
